| 目的 通过对30例病人应用多层螺旋CT成像技术行血管造影检查的前瞻性研究,旨在提高MSCT(multi-slice spiral CT)成像技术在血管造影检查中的价值。方法 先对30例病人应用MSCT行轴位螺旋扫描,应用MSCT成像技术(MIP、SSD、4-D及CTVE)将获得的轴位图像利用SGI工作站进行后处理。结果 所有病人中主动脉夹层3例、主动脉瘤2例,所有重建的大血管均能清晰的显示其主干及其2,3甚至4级分支。结论 MSCT成像技术在全身血管造影检查中具有独特的优越性。 |

| Objective In order to improve the assessment of multi-slice spiral CT in arteriography, we studied the imagings of the patients using multi-slice spiral CT. Methods The multi-slice spiral CT findings of 30 cases were reported. MSCT imagings included axial, 3-dimensional, 4-dimensional and so on. Results MSCT could not only show the artery trunk and 2 or 3 branches clearly but also find the arterial disease. Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT should be reconmmended for the ateriography. |
