| 目的 检测乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结(ALN)中人乳腺珠蛋白基因(hMAM)的表达,探讨超声对诊断ALN的价值及hMAM的临床应用价值。 方法 以超声发现的10例乳腺癌患者的23枚ALN作为试验组,术前对其标记,术后对离体标本行常规病理及hMAM mRNA的逆转录-聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)检测。以6枚无乳腺癌病史患者的颈部或ALN作为对照组。 结果 10例乳腺癌组织的hMAM均呈阳性;23枚淋巴结中病理阳性率26.09%(6/23),hMAM表达阳性率78.26%(18/23),二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);6枚对照组淋巴结病理为反应性增生或正常,hMAM表达均阴性。 结论 超声可以实时观察ALN并预测其良恶性;hMAM的RT-PCR检测可显著提高乳腺癌ALN转移的检出率。 |

| Objective To observe the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of axillary lymph node (ALN) and the clinical value of human mammaglobin (hMAM) by detecting the expression of hMAM in ALN of human breast cancer. Methods The test group included 23 ALNs detected with ultrasound in 10 patients of breast cancer. All the lymph nodes were marked preoperatively and examined with routine pathological examination and hMAM of reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) test postoperatively. Contrast group included 6 lymph nodes from cervical lymph nodes and ALN of patients without breast cancer. Results The hMAM of 10 breast cancer patients were all positive. The pathological positive rate of 23 lymph nodes was 26.09% (6/23) and the positive expression rate of hMAM was 78.26% (18/23, P<0.05). The 6 lymph nodes in contrast group were reactive hyperplasia or normal. The expression of all the hMAM was negative. Conclusion ALN can be observed real-timely and predict whether it is benign or malignant by ultrasound . RT-PCR for hMAM mRNA test can significantly increase the detection rate of metastasis ALN of breast cancer. |
