| 由Graves病导致的甲亢被称为Graves甲亢，以甲状腺弥漫性肿大并发高代谢症为主要表现。甲状腺超声现已成为诊断甲状腺疾病的首选影像学检查，多种超声检查技术能为Graves甲亢患者的诊疗提供甲状腺组织的定性及定量信息，指导临床及时诊断及个体化治疗。本文对甲状腺超声在Graves甲亢患者诊疗过程中的应用进展进行综述。 |

| Hyperthyroidism caused by Graves disease is called Graves hyperthyroidism, which is characterized by diffuse thyroid goiter complicated with hypermetabolism at the same time. Thyroid ultrasound has become the first choice for the diagnosis of thyroid diseases. A variety of ultrasound techniques can provide qualitative and quantitative information of thyroid tissue for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with Graves hyperthyroidism, and guide timely clinical diagnosis and individual treatment. This paper reviews the progress in the application of thyroid ultrasound in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with Graves hyperthyroidism. |
