肝纤维化是一个病理生理过程,任何肝脏损伤在肝脏修复愈合的过程中均可产生肝纤维化,严重肝纤维化导致肝硬化,进而发生肝癌等严重并发症。早期发现肝纤维化尤为重要。随着医学图像分析技术的发展,结合统计机器学习、特别是深度学习,基于超声的计算机辅助诊断肝纤维化研究取得了长足进展,本文对此进行综述。 |

Hepatic fibrosis is a pathophysiological process. Any liver damage can cause liver fibrosis in the process of liver repair and healing, but severe liver fibrosis will lead to cirrhosis, which leads to fatal complications such as liver cancer. Early detection of liver fibrosis is particularly important. With the development of medical image analysis technology, combined with statistical machine learning, especially deep learning, ultrasound-based computer-aided diagnosis of liver fibrosis has made great progress, which were reviewed in this article. |
