      MRI软组织对比度和分辨率高,可无创、客观评估盆腔脏器位移情况。常用评估系统包括二维系统(耻骨尾骨线、耻骨-骶尾关节线、骨盆倾斜校正系统、耻骨联合中线、会阴线及HMO分度系统)及三维系统(三维骨盆倾斜校正系统等),但目前MRI如何选择参考线及评估标准尚未统一。本文对女性盆腔器官脱垂常用MRI评估系统研究进展进行综述。
英文摘要:
      It is important and meaningful to use noninvasive ways to make early identification of high-risk population of sudden cardiac death (SCD). The risk factors can be avoided. Effective interventions can be implemented. And the mortality can be decreased. Cardiac radionuclide imaging can be performed with SPECT or PET, including myocardial perfusion, myocardial glucose metabolism or fatty acid metabolism and cardiac sympathetic nerve activity distribution imaging, therefore providing a noninvasive way to predict the risk factors of SCD, identify risk population and even to screen people who should be eligible for implantable cardioverter defibrillator. 123I-MIBG scintigraphy is one of the most popular and promising technologies among non-invasive imaging techniques. The progresses of the above imaging technologies were reviewed in this article.
