      目的 探讨CT重组技术(MPR、CPR)同层显示股神经及其腰丛各构成支全程走行的临床应用价值。方法 选取35例无下肢症状及常规CT未见股神经走行区异常的患者,总计观察双侧股神经70条,双侧股神经及其腰丛各构成支共计210条(股神经及L2神经构成支70条,股神经及L3神经构成支70条,股神经及L4神经构成支70条)。行CT扫描后,将原始数据传至工作站进行股神经及其腰丛各构成支全程重组,并观察其解剖学特征。结果 股神经与腰丛各构成支在重组图像中为连续的条索状结构,股神经主干显示满意率为92.86%(65/70),L2神经至股神经全程显示满意率为37.14%(26/70),L3及L4神经至股神经全程显示满意率分别为82.86%(58/70)和87.14%(61/70)。结论 CT重组图像显示股神经及其腰丛构成支效果满意,是显示股神经、术中定位股神经损伤、观察病变整体形态的理想方法。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the value of CT reformation technique (MPR and CPR) in demonstrating femoral nerve and lumbar plexus at the same slice. Methods Totally 35 asymptomatic patients with normal CT results were collected, and a total of 210 nerves including 70 femoral nerves and the second lumbar nerves, 70 femoral nerves and the third lumbar nerves and 70 femoral nerves and the fourth lumbar nerves were studied. The patients underwent CT scanning and then the data was transmitted to work station for reformation. The anatomic characteristics of femoral nerve and lumbar plexus were observed. Results Femoral nerves and lumbar plexus branches on the reformation images appeared as continuous strip funicular structures. The satisfaction rate of femoral nerve trunk was 92.86% (65/70), L2 nerve to femoral nerve was 37.14% (26/70), L3 and L4 nerve to femoral nerve was 82.86% (58/70) and 87.14% (61/70) respectively. Conclusion CT reformation technique can clearly demonstrate femoral nerve and lumbar plexus. It is the ideal method for displaying femoral nerve, locating nerve injury in operation and observing morphology of lesions.
