| 目的 探讨非典型脉络丛乳头状瘤(ACPP)的临床特点与影像学表现特征。方法 收集7例经手术后病理学证实为ACPP患者的临床与影像学资料,分析其临床及影像学特点。结果 7例患者病灶位于侧脑室2例,4脑室3例,桥小脑角区2例并伴Luschka孔扩张。MRI:T1WI等信号4例,稍低信号3例,T2WI稍高信号6例,等信号1例,7例DWI呈等高信号;6例MRI明显强化,1例中度强化;5例肿块周围出现"囊泡征"。6例出现瘤周水肿。2例CT平扫为稍高密度并见钙化灶。结论 ACPP的发病年龄与部位有关,且具有一定特异性的影像学表现。 |

| Objective To explore the clinical and imaging features of atypical choroid plexus papilloma (ACPP). Methods Clinical and imaging features of seven cases of ACPP were reviewed and discussed. Results Three cases of ACPP occurred in the fourth ventricle, and the other four cases located in lateral ventricular trigone (n=2) or cerebellopontine angle region with Luschka foramen expansion (n=2). All tumors showed isointensity or mild hypointesnsity on TIWI and hyperintensity or isointensity on T2WI. The lesions showed iso-hyperintensity on DWI and moderate (n=1) or severe (n=6) enhancement on contrast-enhanced MRI in seven cases. The "cyst sign" around the tumor was shown in five cases, slightly high density and calcification were shown on CT in two cases. Conclusion There is relation between age and predilection site of ACPP. Certain image characteristics can assist the diagnosis of ACPP. |
