      目的 探讨64排螺旋CT管电流自动调节扫描和传统方法扫描在儿童腹部检查中的应用价值。方法 将60例接受腹部扫描的患儿分为管电流自动调节扫描组(管电压120 kV,管电流采用预设噪声指数为10的自动管电流,A组,n=30)和传统方法扫描组(管电压120 kV,管电流150 mAs,B组,n=30)。对两组的腹部图像进行定量评价,并对比两组的CT辐射剂量。结果 A、B两组腹部图像中腹主动脉、竖脊肌、肝实质、脾、肾实质的CT值,噪声及SNR差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。A组的容积CT剂量指数(CTDIvol)为(4.59±0.81)mGy,剂量长度乘积(DLP)为(147.58±35.77)mGy·cm,有效剂量(ED)为(4.42±1.07)mSv;B组的CTDIvol、DLP及ED分别为(6.70±0.001)mGy、(214.24±21.65)mGy·cm及(6.41±0.64)mSv。两组间差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。结论 64排螺旋CT儿童腹部检查中采用管电流自动调节扫描方法,有利于在满足诊断需求的前提下有效减低辐射剂量。

      Objective To explore the difference between traditional scanning and automatic tube current adjustment technology in abdomen scan of children. Methods Sixty children were divided into 2 groups including 30 in group A (automatic tube current adjustment technology group) with tube voltage of 120 kV and automatic tube current for preset noise index 10 as well as 30 in group B (traditional scanning technology group) with tube voltage of 120 kV and tube current of 150 mAs. The abdominal imaging quality and the CT radiation doses of the two groups were quantitatively assessed and compared. Results No statistical significance was found between the abdomen images of group A and B in CT value, noise and SNR of abdominal aorta, erector spinae, liver, spleen and kidney (all P>0.05). CT dose index volume (CTDIvol), dose length product (DLP) and effective dose (ED) was (4.59±0.81)mGy, (147.58±35.77)mGy·cm, (4.42±1.07)mSv in group A and (6.70±0.001)mGy, (214.24±21.65)mGy·cm,(6.41±0.64)mSv in group B, respectively. Difference between the two groups were statistically significant (all P<0.01). Conclusion Using automatic tube current adjustment technology in 64-slice spiral CT abdomen examination of children is helpful to satisfy the requirement of diagnosis basically and reduce the radiation dosage effectively.
