| 目的 探讨11~13+6孕周产前超声筛查胎儿肢体畸形的价值。方法 对2011年1月-2013年3月接受11~13+6孕周胎儿颈项透明层检查的8158名孕妇（共8346胎），采用连续顺序追踪法进行胎儿肢体检查，记录胎儿肢体畸形情况并追踪随访。结果 共5055胎获得随访结果，存在肢体畸形39胎。超声正确诊断肢体畸形22胎，产后或引产后发现漏诊16胎，[包括指(趾)畸形8胎、足内翻4胎、肢体姿势异常4胎],超声误诊1胎。结论 11~13+6孕周超声筛查可检出部分胎儿肢体异常，但肢体远端指（趾）畸形漏诊率高。 |

| Objective To study the value of prenatal ultrasonography in diagnosis of fetal limb abnormalities during the first trimester. Methods There were 8185 pregnant women (8346 fetuses) been followed up who had the routine 11-13+6 weeks ultrasound screening from January 2011 to March 2013. Systematic continuous sequence approach was performed to observe the fetal limbs. The details of abnormal fetal limbs were recorded and follow-up. Results There were 5055 fetuses followed up successfully. Totally 39 fetuses were found with limb malformations. Twenty-two fetuses were detected correctly by ultrasound, and 1 fetus was misdiagnosed. Sixteen fetuses were confirmed on post-mortem and at birth, including 8 fetuses of digits deformities, 4 fetuses of clubfoot and 4 fetuses of fixed positions of limbs. Conclusion Part of fetal limb abnormalities can be detected during 1-13+6 weeks with ultrasound, but the rate of missed diagnosis is higher on digits deformities. |
