      目的 探讨3.0TMR增强颅脑容积成像扫描诊断脑发育性静脉异常的价值。方法 分析24例临床诊断为脑发育性静脉异常患者的MRI资料。所有病例均接受常规MR平扫、增强及增强颅脑容积成像(BRAVO)。结果 24例中,22例可见单发脑发育性静脉异常,2例多发;平扫病灶呈长T1短T2信号;常规增强扫描可见病灶强化,增强BRAVO扫描均清楚显示病灶内强化血管影;MIP、VR及MPR可多方位显示病灶的髓静脉及引流静脉。结论 3.0TMR增强颅脑容积成像显示脑发育性静脉异常具有明显优势。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the value of 3.0T MR enhanced brain volume imaging (BRAVO) in diagnosis of cerebral developmental venous anomalies (DVA). Methods MRI data of 24 patients with clinical diagnosed brain DVA were retrospectively analyzed. All patients underwent conventional plain, enhanced T1W MR and BRAVO scanning. Results Single DVA was detected in 22 patients, while multiple lesions were found in 2 patients, which showed long T1 short T2 signal on conventional MR images, and were enhanced after administration of contrast agent. Three-dimensional BRAVO clearly showed enhanced vessels in the lesions. Medullary veins and draining veins could be observed in MIP, VR and MPR images of BRAVO. Conclusion 3.0T MR enhanced brain volume imaging has obvious advantages for displaying brain developmental venous anomalies.
