| 目的 比较快速自旋回波(TSE)序列和平衡式快速场回波(B-FFE)序列显示胎盘植入(PI)征象的效能。方法 将29例可疑PI患者分为TSE组和B-FFE组,分析两种序列显示PI征象的效能、诊断PI的敏感度和特异度。结果 TSE组显示胎盘内信号变化和胎盘与肌层的分界较B-FFE组有优势;B-FFE组显示胎盘是否突入肌层较TSE组有优势。两种序列诊断PI的敏感度和特异度分别为85.71%(18/21)、50.00%(4/8)和76.19%(16/21)、87.50%(7/8)。结论 TSE的软组织对比度较好,B-FFE的空间分辨率较高;两者结合能提高MRI对PI的诊断价值。 |

| Objective To compare the efficiency of turbo spin echo (TSE) and balance fast field echo (B-FFE) sequences for displaying signs of placental invasion (PI). Methods Totally 29 pregnant women with suspected PI by MRI were retrospectively reviewed. All images were divided into TSE group and B-FFE group, and their signs were analyzed respectively. The efficiency of displaying signs, sensitivity and specificity of diagnosis of PI were compared between the two groups. Results TSE had the advantages on showing the diversity of signs in placenta and the boundary between placenta and myometriumhad the advantage, while placenta whether into myometrium was better observed using B-FFE. The sensitivity and specificity of TSE and B-FFE group in diagnosing PI was 85.71% (18/21), 50.00% (4/8) and 76.19% (16/21), 87.50% (7/8). Conclusion TSE has better soft tissue contrast, while B-FFE has high spatial resolution. Integrated application of both sequences can improve the diagnostic value of MRI for PI. |
