| 目的 探讨超声心动图对胎儿单纯性三尖瓣反流的诊断价值。方法 应用超声心动图对500胎胎龄18~41周的胎儿进行检测,将检出三尖瓣反流的胎儿分为单纯反流组、非先心病组及先心病组,并测定反流程度及反流速度。结果 共检出胎儿三尖瓣反流68胎,检出率为13.60%(68/500);其中单纯反流组29胎,非先心病组25胎,先心病组14胎。单纯反流组最大反流速度[(169.00±10.70)cm/s]低于非先心病组[(188.00±15.70)cm/s]和先心病组[(200.00±16.80)cm/s](P均<0.05)。单纯反流组及非先心病组胎儿出生后反流均消失。结论 超声心动图对"生理性"胎儿三尖瓣反流的检出率较高;反流程度不能作为终止妊娠的指标,即使程度重、速度快,如不合并严重心脏畸形及其他异常因素,胎儿均可发育良好。 |

| Objective To assess the value of echocardiography in detecting simple fetal tricuspid regurgitation (TR). Methods Five hundred fetuses with 18—41 gestation weeks were analyzed by echocardiography. Fetuses with TR were divided into 3 groups: Simple TR group, non-congenital heart disease group, and congenital heart disease group. Results Sixty eight fetuses were revealed with TR (68/500, 13.60%), including 29 in simple TR group, 25 in non-congenital heart disease group and 14 in congenital heart disease group. The maximum regurgitation blood flow velocity of the simple TR group ([169.00±10.70]cm/s) was lower than the non-congenital heart disease group ([188.00±15.70)cm/s) and congenital heart disease group ([200.00±16.80)cm/s) (both P<0.05). There was no TR after born in simple TR group, nor in non-congenital heart disease group. Conclusion The relevance ratio of "physiological TR" raises up with echocardiography. The level of TR should not be considered as a termination of pregnancy index, even it is heavy and fast. The postnatal development of fetus is good when there is no congenital heart disease nor other risk factors. |
