      目的 观察在不同局部皮肤温度环境中的纺织品触觉认知神经能力和相关情绪脑功能区。方法 对18名健康受试者进行fMRI研究,采用相同牛仔布,分别对前臂局部皮肤进行不同(低、中、高)温度调节后,进行相同触觉刺激。结果 高温条件下,触觉感觉更多为情绪相关的特征功能区激活;中温条件下,触觉感觉更多为辨识相关的特征功能区激活;低温条件下,触觉感觉为基础特征功能区激活。顶岛盖区在3种温度条件下都有显著激活,激活范围和程度随着环境温度升高而增加。结论 利用脑背侧空间触觉脑功能区和脑腹侧频率触觉功能区的协同作用,局部皮肤温度增加可提高触觉敏感性和认知能力。
英文摘要:
      Objective To examine the neurocognitive ability and emotion of fabric tactile perception under different local temperatures. Methods Functional MRI was used to map the brain on 18 right handed healthy volunteers under cool, neutral and warm local skin temperature conditions with the same denim fabric stimuli and the same forearm contact area. Results The affective regions were more involved during warm condition. The discriminative regions were more involved during medium condition, while the basis regions were significance during cool condition. The active extent of parietal operculum in response to fabric tactile could be affected by the local skin temperature. Conclusion Higher local skin temperature environment can result in the improvement of sensitivity and discriminability by dorsal pathway (spatial) and ventral pathway (frequency) for fabric perception.
