      目的 探讨围绝经期妇女瞬时波强(WI)与血管弹性及体内激素水平的关系。 方法 检测93名围绝经期妇女颈动脉WI,获取收缩早期正向波(W1)、收缩晚期和部分等容舒张期正向波(W2)、W1到W2的时间间隔(1st-2nd)、心电图R波到W1的时间间隔(R-1st)。分析WI各参数和血管弹性指标与血清激素水平、血生化指标间的相关性。血管弹性指标包括血管僵硬度(β)、压力应变弹性系数(Ep)、单点脉搏波传导速度(PWVβ)。 结果 β、Ep、PWVβ与W1、W2、1st-2nd呈正相关,与R-1st呈负相关(P均<0.05);多种血清激素水平、血生化指标与WI、血管弹性指标间均具有明显相关性(P均<0.05)。 结论 WI及血管弹性指标可以反映围绝经期妇女心血管功能的早期改变。

      Objective To assess the relationship between the wave intensity (WI), blood vessel elasticity and the serum hormone level in perimenopausal women. Methods The parameters of WI and blood vessel elasticity were measured on carotid artery in 93 perimenopausal women. The first peak during early systole (W1), peak during late systole and partial isovolumic relaxation (W2), time interval between W1 and W2 (1st-2nd) and time interval between R-wave and WI (R-1st) were obtained. Parameters of blood vessel elasticity included vascular stiffness (β), pressure-strain elastic modulus (Ep), one point pulse wave velocity (PWVβ). Correlation analysis was made between WI parameters and blood vessel elasticity, as well as hormone level and biochemical values. Results In perimenopausal women, β, Ep and PWVβ were positively correlated with W1, W2 and 1st-2nd, while negatively correlated with R-1st (all P<0.05). There were significant correlation between hormone levels, biochemical parameters and WI, blood vessel elasticity (all P<0.05). Conclusion WI and blood vessel elasticity can reflect the early changes of cardiovascular function in perimenopausal women.
