| 随着心脏MR扫描序列和后处理软件的飞速发展,对心肌病的诊断已不仅仅局限于心脏形态及整体功能的评估,更可详细分析各心肌节段的局部收缩、舒张功能,测定血流量,评价心肌纤维化程度。与其他检查手段相比,心脏MR具有更高的客观性和可重复性,已成为心肌病检查的金标准。本文就MR功能成像诊断原发性心肌病的进展进行综述。 |

| Cardiomyopathies are a spectrum of chronic progressive myocardial disorders with distinct patterns of morphological, functional and electrophysiological changes. With the rapid development of cardiac magnetic resonance, several techniques can be used to assess regional systolic or diastolic function, flow and fibrosis. Compared with other imaging examinations, cardiac magnetic resonance is an objective and reproducible method, which can be taken as gold standards in the diagnosis of cardiomyopathies. |
