目的 应用CDRAD 2.0模体对数字影像(DR)的密度分辨力进行定量评价。 方法 用两台Philips DR机对CDRAD 2.0模体进行数字化成像,设备1投入使用时间为7年,设备2使用时间为17个月。用匹配软件处理数据资料,计算IQFinv值,比较两台设备的密度分辨力差异。 结果 设备1的IQFinv均值为2.31,设备2的IQFinv均值为2.81,二者差异有统计学意义(t=7.855,P<0.01)。 结论 采用CDRAD 2.0模体可定量分析DR设备的密度分辨力。 |

Objective To evaluate the density resolution of digital radiology (DR) system subjectively by using CDRAD 2.0 phantom. Methods Digital radiograms of CDRAD 2.0 phantom were obtained by two Philips DR system (Unit 1 and Unit 2), the using time of which was 7 years and 17 months, respectively. The image data were analyzed with the processing software of the phantom. IQFinv value defined in a formula was calculated of each modality. Results IQFinv value of Unit 1 was 2.31, that of Unit 2 was 2.81. There was statistical difference between the two units (t=7.855, P<0.01). Conclusion The density resolution of DR can be quantitatively evaluated using CDRAD 2.0 phantom. |
