| 目的 分析胰腺实性假乳头状肿瘤(SPT)的MRI特点。方法 回顾性分析9例经手术病理证实的胰腺SPT患者的MRI表现。结果 肿瘤位于胰头3例,胰体3例,胰尾2例,胰体尾1例。肿瘤大小为2.2~14.0 cm,中位数为6.0 cm。胰腺SPT在T1WI上呈不均匀低信号8例,不均匀等信号1例;在T2WI上呈不均匀高信号8例,不均匀等信号1例,增强后肿瘤呈轻或中度强化。5例肿瘤见与脑脊液信号类似之长T1长T2信号的囊性区域。9例肿瘤在T1WI上均见斑点、斑片状高信号区,提示肿瘤内出血。9例肿瘤在T1WI及T2WI上均见低信号包膜,增强后呈轻或中度强化。结论 胰腺SPT的MRI表现具有一定特点,有助于胰腺SPT的诊断。 |

| Objective To analyze the MRI features of solid pseudopapillary tumor (SPT) of the pancreas. Methods MRI findings of 9 patients with pathologically proven SPT in the pancreas were retrospectively reviewed. Results SPT located in the head , body , tail (n=2) or body and tail of the pancreas (n=1). The median diameter of these tumors was 6.0 cm (2.2—14.0 cm). SPT showed inhomogeneous low signal intensity in 8 and isointensity in 1 patient on T1WI, inhomogeneous high signal intensity in 8 and isointensity in 1 patient on T2WI, and slightly to moderate enhanced after Gd-DTPA administration. Areas of internal cystic degeneration with the signal intensity similar to cerebrospinal fluid were observed in 5 patients. Spot-like or patchy high signal intensity on T1WI suggesting hemorrhage was observed in all 9 patients. Capsule of low signal intensity and lightly to moderate enhancement after Gd-DTPA administration were observed on both T1WI and T2WI. Conclusion MRI findings of SPT are characteristic, therefore valuable for diagnosis of SPT. |
