       目的 探讨经静脉和经皮CEUS在兔腋窝淋巴结良恶性鉴别中的价值。方法 健康新西兰大白兔50只随机分为两组,每组25只,另VX2荷瘤兔1只。两组健康兔分别成功建立VX2转移淋巴结模型(肿瘤组,14个淋巴结)及炎性淋巴结模型(炎性组,24个淋巴结),对两组所有淋巴结进行常规超声检查、经静脉和经皮CEUS检查,用SonoLiver软件对静脉造影图像进行定量分析,绘制时间-强度曲线(TIC),并与病理对照。观察两组淋巴结经静脉和经皮造影的增强模式,分析峰值强度等定量分析参数的差异。结果 与炎性组比较,肿瘤组淋巴结短长径比高,两组间血流类型、经静脉造影增强模式、增强形态、经皮造影到达时间、中央缺损、边缘缺损差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05),而两组造影定量分析参数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 经静脉、经皮超声造影可以提高鉴别兔腋窝淋巴结良恶性的能力。

      Objective To assess the value of intravenous and percutaneous CEUS in the differentiation of benign and malignant lymph nodes in rabbit models. Methods Fifty healthy New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into 2 groups averagely. The metastatic (tumor group, totally 14 nodes) and the inflammatory (inflammation group, totally 24 nodes) lymph nodes models were established respectively. Baseline ultrasound, intravenous and percutaneous CEUS were performed in all lymph nodes. SonoLiver was used for quantitative analysis, and time intensity curve was drawn for intravenus CEUS and then compared with pathology. Contrast enhancement pattern, quantitative analysis parameters were observed and compared between intravenous and percutaneous CEUS. Results S/L in tumor group was larger than in inflammation group (P<0.05). The vascular pattern, intravenous contrast enhancement pattern and form, percutaneous AT, partial enhancement were all statistically different between two groups (all P<0.05), but the quantitative analysis parameters were not significantly different (all P>0.05). Conclusion Intravenous and percutaneous contrast-enhanced ultrasound can enhance the ability to identify malignant lymph nodes from benign lymph nodes in rabbit models.
