目的 探讨以双源CT行兔体部血管扫描时扫描参数与对比剂注射方案的最佳匹配选择。方法 对32只普通家兔行双能量CTA扫描,依据扫描时不同的螺距(0.2、0.55)、对比剂浓度(300、370 mgI/ml)分为A、B、C、D四组,每组又根据对比剂注射速率(0.2、0.4、0.6、0.8 ml/s)的不同分为4个亚组。通过定量分析及定性分析探寻扫描参数与对比剂注射方案的最佳匹配选择。定量分析:对比各组实验兔腹腔干水平与髂总动脉末端分叉前水平的CT值,并以箱式图分析主动脉平均CT值波动范围的总体差异。定性分析:由两位资深放射科医师对不同扫描条件下的图像质量进行判定,分为良好、一般、差三种。结果 A组及C组腹腔干水平与髂总动脉末端分叉前水平的CT值差异较大(P均<0.05),而B组及D组中B1、D1及D2亚组腹腔干水平与髂总动脉末端分叉前水平CT值近似(P均>0.05)。B1、D1及D2亚组主动脉平均CT值波动较小,分布较集中。D2亚组图像质量良好,各血管及分支显示清晰,其余各组图像质量均存在一定缺陷。结论 选取螺距0.55、对比剂浓度370 mgI/ml、注射速率0.4 ml/s有利于在兔双能量CTA扫描时获得高质量的图像。 |

Objective To discuss the optimal matching choice of scanning parameters and contrast media injection plan of dual energy CTA on rabbits. Methods Dual energy CTA was performed to 32 rabbits which were divided into group A, B, C and D according to the pitch (0.2, 0.55) and the concentration of contrast media (300, 370 mgI/ml). Moreover, there were 4 subgroups in each group in accordance with the injection rates (0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8 ml/s). The optimal combination scheme of the pitch, the concentration of contrast media and the injection rate was seeked through quantitative and qualitative analysis. Quantitative analysis: CT values were compared between the celiac trunk and the end of common iliac artery in each subgroup, while the variation range of the mean aortic CT value was analyzed using box-type graph. Qualitative analysis: Image quality was evaluated by two experienced doctors. And the results included good, common and bad. Results CT values were statistically different between the celiac trunk and the end of common iliac artery in group A and C (all P<0.05), while those in B1, D1 and D2 subgroups were approximate (all P>0.05). The mean aortic CT value distributed centrally with small fluctuation in subgroup B1, D1 and D2. Image quality of subgroup D2 was better than that of other subgroups, either large or small vessels were manifested clearly without artifact. Conclusion When dual energy CTA is performed to rabbits with pitch 0.55, concentration of contrast media 370 mgI/ml and injection rate 0.4 ml/s, high quality images can be obtained. |
