| 目的 探讨产前超声心动图诊断胎儿右心室双出口(DORV)的临床价值。方法 对12胎DORV胎儿的临床资料及超声心动图特征进行回顾性分析。结果 ①心尖四腔心切面示右心房及右心室腔明显增大,左心房及左心室腔较小。12胎均伴较大的室间隔缺损,彩色多普勒血流可见左至右的分流信号。②左心室长轴切面示主动脉位于肺动脉右侧,主动脉长轴与肺动脉长轴呈平行排列。③三血管切面示主动脉与肺动脉的解剖关系接近正常或出现空间位置排列异常。结论 胎儿超声心动图能够准确诊断胎儿DORV,结合染色体检查对围生期的监测和临床处理有重要意义。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical value of prenatal echocardiogram in the diagnosis of double outlet right ventricle (DORV) in fetus. Methods Echocardiographic features and clinical data of 12 fetuses prenatally diagnosed with DORV were analyzed retrospectively. Results The results of 12 fetal echocardiogram were as followed: ①Right ventricle and atrium were apparently larger than left ventricle and atrium. Ventricular septal defect was detected in all 12 fetus. The blood shunt was detected from left ventricle to right ventricle. ②Aorta located to the right and paralleled to pulmonary artery. ③The situation of pulmonary artery and aorta artery might be normal or abnormal. Conclusion Fetal echocardiogram can be used as a reliable method for early diagnosis of fatal DORV. It is important for the detection of DORV during the parental period and the guidance of the clinical treatment. |
