       目的 应用磁共振电影相位对比成像定量测量不同年龄健康者颈椎管内脑脊液的生理性运动。方法 将60名健康志愿者分为5个年龄组:≤14岁(中位年龄10.2岁)10名,15~24岁(中位年龄20.1岁)15名,25~34岁(中位年龄30.2岁)13名,35~44岁(中位年龄40.4岁)14名,≥45岁(中位年龄50.3岁)8名。应用3.0T磁共振扫描仪于C2-3椎间盘水平行电影相位对比序列扫描,获得一个心动周期内颈椎管内脑脊液的收缩期峰值流速、峰值流量、舒张期峰值流速、峰值流量及流向。比较上述指标在各组间的差异。结果 颈椎管内脑脊液收缩期峰值流速、峰值流量、舒张期峰值流速、峰值流量在≤14岁组明显高于其他4组(P均<0.05)。结论 磁共振电影相位对比成像可以准确定量反映颈椎管内脑脊液的流动特点,为进一步研究脑脊液循环障碍性疾病提供依据。

      Objective To assess cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) flow in the cervical vertebral canal with cine phase-contrast MRI technique in different aged healthy people. Methods Sixty volunteers with no cerebral and vertebral canal pathology were enrolled in this study, and were divided into 5 age groups: ten of ≤14 years (median 10.2 years), 15 of 15—24 years (median 20.1 years), 13 of 25—34 years (median 30.2 years), 14 of 35—44 years (median 40.4 years) and 8 of ≥45 years (median 50.3 years). The cine phase-contrast sequences were acquired using 3.0T MR unit at the level of C2-3 intervertebral disk. At this level, peak flow velocity (cm/s) and peak flow rate (ml/s) of systolic phase and diastolic phase were respectively studied. The differences of the above-mentioned indexes in 5 groups were compared. Results The peak flow velocity (cm/s) and peak flow rate (ml/s) of systolic phase and diastolic phase in subjects aged ≤14 years were higher than those in other age groups (all P<0.05). Conclusion MR cine phase-contrast technique provides a direct quantitative technique to evaluate the CSF flow in the cervical vertebral canal and enriches the diagnosis information of CSF circulation diseases.
