| 目的 探讨产前超声检查诊断胎儿肾脏多囊性疾病的临床价值及意义。方法 回顾性分析我院超声科检出的26胎肾脏多囊性疾病胎儿的声像图特点及临床资料。结果 26胎中,婴儿型多囊肾4胎,多囊性发育不良肾16胎,成人型多囊肾4胎,梗阻性囊性发育不良肾2胎。13例孕妇选择终止妊娠,引产后尸体检查证实;另13例孕妇选择继续妊娠,胎儿出生后经超声检查证实。结论 产前超声检查能及时诊断胎儿肾脏多囊性疾病,并为判断胎儿预后及临床早期干预提供重要依据。 |

| Objective To discuss the diagnostic value and the clinical significance of the prenatal ultrasonography for fetal polycystic renal diseases. Methods The ultrasonographic features and clinical datas of 26 fetuses with fetal polycystic renal diseases found with prenatal ultrasound were analyzed retrospectively. Results In the 26 fetuses, there were 4 fetuses with infantile polycystic kidney, 16 fetuses with multicystic dysplastic kidney, 4 fetuses with adult polycystic kidney, 2 fetuses with obstructive cystic dysplastic kidney. Thirteen fetuses were comfirmed with autopsy after induced abortion when pregnant women choose to terminate pregnancy, the rest 13 fetuses were comfirmed with postnatal ultrasonography when pregnant women choose to continue pregnancy. Conclusion Prenatal ultrasound can make correct and timely diagnosis about the fetal polycystic renal diseases, and provide important basis for the judgement of fetal prognosis and clinical early intervention. |
