      随着多层螺旋CT的快速发展,冠状动脉多层螺旋CT造影已成为一种无创、有效、准确的冠状动脉病变的检查手段。多层螺旋CT在心脏成像中的技术日益完善,随着其时间分辨率和空间分辨率的提高,其成像质量也得到明显的改善。心率及心律因素是影响图像质量的重要因素。本文对心率及心律因素对图像质量的影响程度、产生原因及一些改善措施方面的研究进行综述。
英文摘要:
      With the rapid development of multi-slice spiral CT, multi-slice computed tomography coronary angiography (MSCTCA) has been regarded as a noninvasive method for detecting coronary artery disease accurately and effectively. Following the improvement of temporal resolution and spatial resolution, the image quality became better and better. However, coronary CT angiography still remains sensitive to motion artifacts, which especially occur with higher heart rates and rhythm. This article focused on the evaluation of the influence and improvement measures of heart rate and rhythm.
