       目的 探讨胎儿心脏三维超声计算机辅助诊断(SonoVCAD)在胎儿心脏常规筛查中的应用价值。方法 48例中孕期正常胎儿分为两组,A组18例,孕龄19~21周+6天;B组30例,22~25周。对全部胎儿心脏分别行SonoVCAD法和二维检查,SonoVCAD技术一次性重现胎儿心脏左、右心室流出道及胃泡切面,并进行图像质量评分,对两种方法所获得切面进行比较。结果 A组以SonoVCAD法重现的左、右心室流出道及胃泡位置切面的显示合格率与二维筛查法比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。B组除左心室流出道外,SonoVCAD法重现的标准切面显示合格率与常规二维筛查法差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),而三维容积数据采样时间明显短于二维筛查方法(P<0.05)。结论 通过标准化数据获取与图像重现,SonoVCAD技术能够满足胎儿心脏筛查的要求。

      Objective To explore the application value of SonoVCAD for the routine screening of fetal heart. Methods Forty-eight normal fetuses in the second trimester were divided into two groups according to gestational age: group (19-22 w) and group B (22-25 w). All the fetal hearts were examined by SonoVCAD and two-dimentional ultrasound. One-time recurrence of LVOT, RVOT and stomach slice view could be realized by SonoVCAD. The image quality was evaluated and graded, and the scores achived by two means were compared. Results There was no significant difference in qualified rate of image quality between SonoVCAD and two-dimentional ultrasound in group A (P>0.05). In group B, there was no significant difference in qualified rate of image quality except LVOT (P>0.05). The time of sampling of three-dimentional volume data is significantly shorter than that of two-dimentional ultrasound (P<0.05). Conclusion By standardizing the acquisition of data and imaging recurrence, SonoVCAD can meet the requirement of the routine fetal heart screening.
