目的 明确多发性硬化最佳MRI增强延迟扫描时间。 方法 对30例MS患者每个月随访的197次MRI检查行2、7和12分钟共3个时相增强扫描,盲法对各时相间MS病灶数目和信号强度进行对照研究。 结果 增强2、7和12分钟后的病灶数目分别为425、433和433。 增强后2分钟内 MS病灶平均信号强度病灶快速强化,从301.5上升到429.5(P<0.05),7和12分钟后平均信号强度分别增加127(299.5~441,P<0.05)和132(302~437.9,P<0.05)。增强2~7分钟后平均信号强度达到高峰平台期(429.5~441,P>0.05), 7~12分钟之间的变化不明显(441~437.9,P>0.05)。 结论 增强7分钟延迟扫描为MRI探测强化病灶最佳时间。 |

Objective To find the best injection time window for enhanced MRI in MS. Methods In thirty MS patients with 197 monthly follow-ups, the number and intensity of the 2 minutes after, 7 minutes after and 12 minutes after injection on post T1WI of MS lesion were blindly compared. Results The number of enhanced lesion of the 2 minutes after, 7 minutes after and 12 minutes after injection were 425, 433 and 433 respectively. Average lesion intensity of after 2 minutes injection increased quickly from 301.5 to 429.5, and average increased intensity of the 2 minutes and 7 minutes after injection were 127 (299.5 to 441, P<0.05) and 132 (302 to 437.9, P<0.05). The intensity of enhanced lesion had gradually risen to a plateau from 2 minutes after injection to 7 minutes after injection (429.5 to 441, P>0.05), and no more clearly change from the 7 minutes to 12 minutes after injection (441 to 437.9, P>0.05) was shown. Conclusion The 7 minutes after injection is the best time window in detecting active MS lesion. |
