      目的 探讨被动吸烟对健康青年人血管内皮舒张功能及血一氧化氮(NO)、血管紧张素II(AII)、血清总胆红素(TBIL)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)等细胞因子影响的研究。方法 采用超声肱动脉内径测量法,观察被动吸烟、主动吸烟及正常对照组各30例血流介导的和硝酸甘油介导的肱动脉内径变化;同时测定各组外周血NO、AII、TBIL、IL-6、TNF-α及CRP含量。结果 三组肱动脉内径基础值及硝酸甘油介导的肱动脉舒张均无显著差异(P>0.05),而血流介导的血管扩张被动吸烟组与正常对照组间存在显著差异(P<0.01),与吸烟组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。主、被动吸烟组NO、TBIL浓度低于正常组(P<0.05);AII、IL-6、TNF-α、CRP含量均高于正常组(P<0.05),而两组间各指标含量无显著性差异。结论 被动吸烟导致健康青年人群血管内皮舒张功能损伤并引起机体多种细胞因子含量的改变,这些改变进一步损伤血管内皮。

      Objective To study the effect of vascular endothelial dilatation function in healthy young adults and plasma nitrous oxide (NO), angiotensin II (AII), serum bilirubin (TBIL), interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), C-reactive protein (CRP) in passive smokers. Methods Brachial artery internal diameters were measured by ultrasonic. The changes of brachial artery internal diameters by flow-mediated and nitroglycerin-induced were observed in passive smoker group, active smoker group, and control group (each 30 cases). And NO, AII, TBIL, IL-6, TNF-α, CRP of each groups were measured. Results Brachial artery basic internal diameters and brachial artery dilatation by nitroglycerin-induced were no significant difference among the three groups (P>0.05). Changes of brachial artery internal diameters by flow-mediated were significant difference between passive smoker group and control group (P<0.01), while no significant difference between passive smoker group and active smoker group (P>0.05). NO, TBIL decreased and AII, IL-6, TFN-а, CRP increased in passive smoker group and active smoker group. Conclusion Passive smoking induces healthy young-adult to damage vascular endothelial dilatation function and bring changes of manifold cell gene content, and the changes more damage vascular endothelial dilatation function.
