目的 初步研究活体肝细胞癌的3.0T MR氢质子波谱成像的特点。方法 扫描并分析15例磁共振诊断为肝细胞癌(HCC)患者的治疗前肿瘤区与非肿瘤区肝组织的氢质子MR波谱(1H-MRS),比较肿瘤区与非肿瘤区胆碱(Cho)及甘油三酯(TG)的含量。结果 9例患者瘤区Cho峰高于非瘤区肝组织;有8例瘤区内TG峰高于非瘤区肝组织。结论 肝脏肿瘤内Cho峰升高提示诊断HCC,TG峰升高不能除外HCC诊断。 |

Objective To preliminarily study the characteristics of proton MR spectroscopy (MRS) of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) at 3.0T in vivo. Methods The 1H-MRS findings of 15 cases of hepatic cellular carcinoma proved by MR diagnosis were analyzed. In each case, both of the tumor region and non-tumor region were scanned respectively in the same examination before the treatments. The concentration of choline and triglyceride in both tumor region and non-tumor region were compared respectively. Results Nine of them showed the concentration of choline substantially higher than those obtained from non-tumor regions, while eight cases of HCC showed the concentration of triglyceride higher than non-tumor regions. Conclusion The hepatic tumor showed the elevation of choline suggested the diagnosis of HCC and the elevation of triglyceride did not suggest the exclusion of HCC. |
