| 目的 探讨子宫输卵管造影(HSG)检查宫颈塞法和双腔球囊导管法输卵管显影率的差别。方法 我院HSG检查261例,其中宫颈塞法93例(35.63%),双腔球囊导管法168例(64.37%)。结果 两种方法输卵管显影率分别为80.33%和83.74%,组间无显著差异(P=0.3305)。双腔球囊导管法组中,紧顶子宫角部亚组输卵管显影率仅有12.5%,与邻近子宫角部和宫腔中央亚组间有显著差异。结论 两种方法对输卵管显影率没有明显差异;双腔球囊导管法导管末端紧顶子宫角部时会影响该侧输卵管显影。 |

| Objective To compare the displaying rate of the fallopian tube in hysterosalpingography by using metal cannula and balloon catheter. Methods Analyzed the images of hysterosalpingography of 261 cases, including 93 (35.63%) cases by using metal cannula and 168 (64.37%) cases by using balloon catheter. Results The displaying rate of fallopian tube with two methods were 80.33% and 83.74%, and there was no significant difference between the two methods (P=0.3305). However, the displaying rate of fallopian tube was 12.5% when the head of the catheter inserted into cornua uteri, the difference was significant. Conclusion Difference of the image quality of the fallopian tube in hysterosalpingography by using of two methods was not significant; there were great effect on the displaying of fallopian tube when the head of the catheter inserted into cornua uteri. |
