| 目的 探讨胰腺转移瘤的CT表现特点。方法 收集21例胰腺转移瘤,回顾性分析原发肿瘤性质、原发肿瘤诊断与胰腺转移瘤发现间隔时间及胰腺转移瘤的CT表现。结果 ①原发肿瘤:主要包括肺癌(10例)、贲门癌(2例)、结肠癌(3例)及肾癌(2例)等。②原发肿瘤诊断与胰腺转移瘤发现间隔时间:7例在原发肿瘤的同时发现有胰腺转移瘤,14例间隔时间为1周~8年(中位间隔时间为15个月)。③CT表现:包括单发结节(13例)、多发结节(7例)及胰腺弥漫性增大(1例)三种形式,肿块大小主要在2~5 cm (10例),大部分无强化(15例),大部分没有合并胆管及胰管扩张(17例)。结论 综合分析CT表现及病史对胰腺转移瘤的诊断很有帮助。 |

| Objective To investigate the CT characteristics of pancreatic metastasis. Methods The types of primary tumor, the time interval between the diagnosis of primary tumor and detection of pancreatic metastasis and CT findings of 21 cases with pancreatic metastasis which had been collected were retrospectively analyzed. Results ① primary tumor: It included mostly lung carcinoma (n=10), cardia carcinoma (n=2), colon carcinoma (n=3), kidney carcinoma (n=2). ② time interval between diagnosis of primary tumor and detection of pancreatic metastasis: In 7 of these patients, the primary neoplasm and metastatic disease to the pancreas were discovered at the same time. In 14 of the patients, the time interval between identification of the primary tumor and discovery of pancreatic metastasis ranged from 1 week to 8 years. ③ CT findings: It included three patterns such as solitary lesion (n=13), multiple lesions (n=7) and diffuse enlargement of pancreas (n=1). The size of most lesions (n=10) ranged from 2 to 5 cm. Most of lesions (n=15) had no enhancement. Dilatation of biliary duct or the main pancreatic duct was not observed in most of patients (n=17). Conclusion Comprehensively analyzing CT findings and history of patients is helpful for diagnosis of pancreatic metastasis. |
