| 目的 比较超声造影(CEUS) 和增强CT 显示肝肿瘤的血流灌注特点,探讨对肝良恶性肿瘤的诊断价值。方法 对92 例肝占位性病变进行CEUS 和增强CT 检查,比较两种技术在不同时相的增强及灌注特征。结果 原发性肝癌、血管瘤CEUS 和增强CT 的增强类型比较差异无显著性意义(χ2 检验, P > 0. 05) ,肝转移癌两者比较差异有显著性意义( P <0. 05) 。其中30 例肝恶性肿瘤CEUS 显示的病灶数目为134 枚,增强CT 显示的病灶数目为118 枚。结论 CEUS 和增强CT 能敏感地显示肝良恶性肿瘤的血供特征,CEUS 对肝转移癌微小血管的灌注情况及发现微小病灶方面优于增强CT ,可有效地评价肿瘤血管化程度,为肝癌的早期诊断提供更多信息。 |

| Objective To compare the perfusion features of liver tumors with cont rast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) andcont rast-enhanced CT and evaluate their diagnostic value. Methods 92 cases of hepatic space-occupying lesions were detec-ted with CEUS and cont rast-enhanced CT respectively. Enhancement patterns and perfusion characters of liver tumors werecompared in different phases. Results Using CEUS and cont rast-enhanced CT , there were no significant difference in theenhancement patterns of primary liver carcinoma and hepatic hemangioma (χ2 test , P > 0. 05) . There was statistical differ-ence in liver metastases ( P < 0. 05) . Of the 30 liver malignant tumors , CEUS and cont rast-enhanced CT showed 134 and 118lesions respectively. Conclusion Both CEUS and cont rast-enhanced CT could display hemodynamic characters of livertumors sensitively. CEUS was superior to cont rast-enhanced CT in detecting perfusion of micro-vascularity , especially infinding smaller lesions. So CEUS could evaluate the vascularization of liver tumors effectively and provide more informationin early diagnosis of liver carcinoma. |
