| 目的 对前列腺癌内分泌治疗后局部复发和无复发病人前列腺表观扩散系数(ADC)值进行对比分析。方法 12例经临床诊断并由MRI检查证实的内分泌治疗后局部复发和13例各项检查均无复发征象的前列腺癌内分泌治疗病人。利用感兴趣区(ROI)技术测量复发病人前列腺局部增大区域和未复发病人的外周带ADC值。对复发和未复发两组ADC值用独立样本t检验进行比较。结果 复发组所有感兴趣区(31个)的ADC值范围(0.98~1.38)×10-3 mm2/s,平均值(1.12±0.14)×10-3 mm2/s,未复发组所有感兴趣区(56个)的ADC值范围(1.29~2.10)×10-3 mm2/s,平均值(1.65±0.24)×10-3 mm2/s。两组间ADC值进行独立样本t检验,t=9.32, P＜0.01,具有显著性差异。结论 利用测量ADC值来诊断前列腺癌内分泌治疗后有无局部复发是有可能的。 |

| Objective To investigate the difference of apparent diffusion coefficients (ADC) values between recurrence and non-recurrence prostate cancer after endocrinotherapy. Methods After endocrinotherapy, twenty-five prostate cancer patients were divided into two groups: recurrence group and non-recurrence group. The ADC values of prostate in each group were measured. Statistical analysis was performed on the data by applying independent t-test. Results The ADC values averaged over all regions in recurrence (n=31) and non-recurrence (n=56) patients were (0.98－1.38)×10-3 mm2/s and (1.29－2.10)×10-3 mm2/s, respectively, and statistic significant difference could be detected between them (t=9.32, P＜0.01, independent t-test). Conclusion DWI may be a feasible tool in the diagnosis of prostate cancer recurrence after endocrinotherapy. |
