| 目的 观察早期肢端肥大症患者(患病时间＜5年)心脏结构和功能的改变。方法 对44例肢端肥大症患者和30例性别和年龄匹配的正常人进行超声心动图检查,对结果进行分析。结果 ①患病组左室舒张末期内径、室间隔厚度、左室后壁厚度、心肌重量及心肌重量指数较对照组明显增加,左室肥厚的发生率为31.8%,发生左心室扩大的发生率为29.5%。②反映心脏收缩功能的参数,射血分数和左室短轴缩短率,早期肢端肥大症患者与对照组比较无显著性差异。③反映心脏舒张功能的参数,左室等容舒张时间及反映二尖瓣口充盈的参数:E峰最大速度、A峰最大速度、E/A比值、二尖瓣减速时间早期肢端肥大症患者较对照组也无显著性差异。结论 肢端肥大症患者早期心脏结构的改变,以心肌重量的增加、心腔扩大为主,而心脏的收缩及舒张功能无明显改变。 |

| Objective To observe the changes of cardiac structure and function in early stage of acromegalic disease (<5y). Methods Forty-four acromegalics and 30 sex and age matched normal patients underwent echocardiographic investigation. The Results of the two groups were analysed. Results ①Left ventricular mass (LVM) and LVM index (LVMi) were higher in acromegalics than in control subjects, the incidence of left ventricular hypertrophy was 31.8%, the incidence of apparent cardiac chambers enlargement was 29.5%. ②The parameters showing left ventricular systolic function, such as ejection fraction (EF) and fractional shortening (FS) in acromegaly group were no significant difference, compared with those in control group. ③The parameters, showing left ventricular diastolic function, were not variant in the two groups. Conclusion The change of the cardiac structure can prevail in the initial stage of the acromegalic disease, including the presence of an increased LVM and the enlargement of the cardiac chamber. |
