| 目的 评价国人正常妊娠系列孕周(16~40周)的正常胎儿心腔径线变化规律。方法 以二维超声测量757例正常胎儿心脏各房室内径,按孕周分为12组,计算心脏各房室内径的平均值,与孕周进行回归相关性比较。结果 各心腔径线与孕周呈显著相关(P<0.01);右心房、心室横径大于左侧心房、心室(P<0.01)。结论 胎儿各心腔大小与孕周呈明显相关;胎儿心脏发育以右心占优势。 |

| Objective To evaluate the regular changes of the cardiac chambers in normal Chinese fetuses of the normal pregnancy from 16 to 40 weeks. Methods Cardiac chambers were measured in 757 singleton normal fetuses with 2D ultrasonography. Dividing the different gestational weeks into 12 groups, the mean values of the cardiac chambers in each group were calculated, and a regression and correlation analysis was made according to gestational weeks. Results Each size of the chambers in normal fetus was remarkably correlated with gestation age (P<0.01). The right atrial and ventricular widths were bigger than the left corresponding widths (P<0.01). Conclusion Size of the chambers in normal fetuses are of remarkable correlation with the gestation age. The right heart is predominant in the fetal heart. |
