| 目的 探讨肾上腺骨髓脂肪瘤的CT表现特征及鉴别要点。方法 收集经临床、CT诊断肾上腺骨髓脂肪瘤9例,其中7例手术和病理确诊。结果 9例骨髓脂肪瘤中7例明确定位、定性诊断,1例误诊为腺瘤,1例误诊为腹膜后脂肪瘤;肿块呈圆形或类圆形,边界清楚,瘤内大多为脂肪密度,夹杂少量条状、片状软组织影。结论 CT是明确诊断的首选方法,可清楚显示肿瘤的部位、形态、大小、瘤内成分及与周围结构的关系。 |

| Objective To analyze the CT features of adrenal myelolipoma and its differential characteristics. Methods CT findings in 9 cases of adrenal myelolipoma were retrospectively analyzed. All of them were diagnosed by clinic and CT scan, 7 cases were proved by operation and pathology. Results Seven cases were quantitatively and located diagnosed as adrenal myelolipoma. In other two cases, one case was misdiagnosed as adenoma, the other as retroperitoneal lipoma. The main imaging findings were round or oval mass with clear boundary and low attenuation value of fat with irregular stripe and patchy density inside. Conclusion CT scan is of important value in determining the size, shape, position and components of the mass of adrenal myelolipoma, as well as the relation between the mass and surrounding organs. |
