      目的 探索超声导向技术在人工阴道造穴术中的应用价值。 方法 对8例施行人工阴道造穴术的患者,先在直肠内放置水囊,在声像图导向下经会阴向膀胱直肠隔内注射生理盐水50~100ml使膀胱直肠隔增宽,而后经会阴前庭造穴。 结果 8例手术全部顺利完成,并且获得理想的人工阴道洞穴。平均手术时间19.2min。未出现并发症。 结论 超声导向人工阴道造穴不仅安全、简便、准确,而且成功率高,容易获得较理想的人工阴道。
英文摘要:
      Objective To evaluate the value of ultrasound guide technique in artificial vaginoplasty. Methods In 8 patients underwent artifitial vaginoplasty, water sac was placed in rectum and 0.9% NaCl (50-100ml) was injected transperineally into bladder-rectum septa under the guidance of ultrasound to make the septa thicker,then the subsequent transperineal vaginal vestibule artificial cavity was made. Results The average operative time was 19.2min,and artifitial vaginoplasty was made successfully.There was no complication. Conclusion Ultrasound guided artificial vaginoplasty was not only safe, effective, and easier, but also had high rate of success. Ultrasound guidance could be a big help in making an ideal artificial vagina.
