      目的 探讨质子磁共振波谱( 1H-MRS)在Alzheimer病(AD)诊断中的价值。方法 采用刺激回波采样方式对9例AD患者和12例健康老年对照的跨枕叶皮质区 1H-MRS进行了分析,研究了N-乙酰天门冬氨酸(NAA)、肌酸(Cr)、胆碱(Cho)、肌醇(MI)及其与Cr的比值在两组间的差别。结果 AD患者NAA以及NAA/Cr和NAA/(Cr+Cho)均较对照组下降,差异有统计学意义。在AD组内简短智力状态检查评分与各代谢物浓度及其与Cr比值均无相关性。结论 AD患者跨枕叶皮质区 1H-MRS 的改变主要为NAA以及NAA/Cr和NAA/(Cr+Cho)的下降,对AD的诊断有一定参考作用。
英文摘要:
      Objective To evaluate the proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy ( 1H-MRS) in the diagnosis of Alzheimer disease (AD). Methods A 1H-MRS was performed in the trans-occipital gray matter of 9 AD patients and 12 elderly controls with use of stimulated echo acquisition mode. The metabolic concentrations of N-acetylaspartate (NAA), creatine (Cr), choline (Cho) , myoinositol and their ratios to Cr were analyzed between AD and control group. Results A significant reduction of NAA, NAA/Cr and NAA/(Cr+Cho) ratios were detected in AD patients, but showed no correlation with the Mini-Mental state examination. MConclusion The 1H-MRS change in the trans-occipital gray matter of AD is a decrease in NAA and NAA/Cr, NAA/(Cr+Cho) ratios, which seem to be able used for the diagnosis of AD.
