目的 本文主要探讨微小动脉导管未闭介入治疗的方法学和即刻及中期随访结果。方法 我们应用pfm公司DUCT-OCCLUD弹簧圈为37例PDA患儿作了堵塞术。PDA平均最小直径为1.1±0.2mm(0.5~1.5mm)。结果 37例PDA堵塞术均获成功。堵塞后10min行升主动脉造影无一例有残余分流,即刻堵闭率为100%。平均透视时间为22min(7~32min)。住院时间为5天。在平均1.3年(1月~2年)随访中,没有溶血、延迟的弹簧圈漂移、PDA再通、血栓栓塞、细菌性心内膜炎发生;也没有左肺动脉狭窄及主动脉狭窄。结论 应用DUCT-OCCLUD弹簧圈,通过改良的操作方法,可安全有效地治愈微小动脉导管未闭。 |

Purpose This article is known about the methodology of coil closing the small PDA and the immediate to intermediate Results . Methods 37 cases of small PDA underwent percutaneous DUCT-OCCLUD coil occlusion at the Shanghai Children's Medical Center. The mean minimum diameter of the PDA was 1.1±0.2mm(range,0.5-1.5mm). Results All patients had immediate complete closure,conformed by aortography or by color flow echo imaging or both.The median fluoroscopy time was 22 min(7-32min). The hospitalization was only 5 days. At a median follow-up interval of 1.3 years (1 month to 2 years), there were no hemolysis, coil migration, delayed recanalization, thromboembolic episodes, or bacterial endocarditis. MConclusion Transcatheter closure of PDA with the DUCT-OCCLUD coil is a safe and effective method especially for small ducts. |
