目的评价不同干预状态下多普勒超声音频处理系统(DASPS) 无创自动估测肺动脉收缩压( PASP) 、平
均压(PAMP) 的准确性。方法应用DASPS 对9 只狗进行急性实验研究,分别记录心脏前负荷、后负荷及心肌收缩
性变化时PASP、PAMP 的估测值,并与有创检测技术( IT) 的实测值对比。结果不同干预状态下DASPS 估测的
PASP、PAMP 与IT 实测值间高度相关( r = 0. 68~0. 95 ,P < 0. 001) 。结论DASPS 可准确地无创自动估测PASP、
PAMP。 |

Purpose To assess the accuracy of Doppler Audio-Signal Processing System(DASPS) in noninvasive auto-es-
timation of pulmonary artery systolic pressure (PASP) ,mean pressure (PAMP) . Methods Experimental acute pulmonary
hypertension was created in 9 dogs by infusion of Dextran ,Dobutamine and partially occluding left and right pulmonary
artery. PASP ,PAMP estimated by DASPS were compared with values measured by invasive technique ( IT) in pulmonary
hypertension of different physiopathologic states. Results DASPS-estimated PASP ,PAMP correlated highly with IT val-
ues ( r = 0. 68~0. 95 , P < 0. 01) . Conclusion PASP ,PAMP can be auto-estimated noninvasively by DASPS. |
