| 目的 探讨多巴酚丁胺心内膜自动检测技术(ABD) 测量左室功能的临床应用价值。方法 应用低剂量
多巴酚丁胺心内膜超声自动检测技术对23 例二尖瓣病变患者和27 例心肌病患者的左室收缩和舒张功能进行了研
究。结果 ABD 技术和二维超声测量的左室容积和射血分数无显著性差异( P 均> 0.05) ;ABD 技术测量的A 组患者的左室收缩和舒张功能指标均低于B 组患者( P < 0.05) 。应用多巴酚丁胺后,两组EF、PFR、dv/ dt 均显著增加;B 组RFS 和EDFV/ LDFV 亦明显增加。结论 多巴酚丁胺心内膜自动检测技术可简便、准确地评价左室收缩和舒张功能。 |

| Purpose To explore the value of clinical application of dobutamine automatic border detection for measuring
left ventricular function. Methods The left ventricular systolic and diastolic functions were studied by low-dose dobutamine
echocardiography with automatic border detection (ABD) technique in 23 cases with mitral valvular diseases (group A) and
27 cases with cardiomyopathy(group B) . Results There were no significant difference in the left ventricular systolic or diastolic volume indexes ,as well as ejection fractions between ABD and two-dimensional echocardiography ( P > 0.05) . The
parameters of left ventricular volume derived by ABD in group A were decreased than those in group B ( P < 0.05) . After
low-dose dobutamine infusion ,EF peak filling rate (PFR) ,dv/ dt were significantly increased in both groups ( P < 0.05) ,and rapid filling slop (RFS) and EDFV/ LDFV were also increased in group B( P < 0.05) . Conclusion Dobutamine ABD technique can provide simple and accurate method for the estimation of left ventricular systolic and diastolic functions. |
