| 目的 经腹部与经阴道超声探讨盆腔混合性肿块的诊断价值。方法 对64 例盆腔混合性肿块患者行经腹部和经阴道超声检查,并与临床病理对照。结果 经阴道超声检查在畸胎瘤,卵巢癌,炎性肿块,宫外孕的诊断上高于经腹部超声检查,它们与临床病理诊断的符合率分别为88.23 % 、87.5 % 、83.33 %,而经腹部超声检查在浆液性囊腺瘤,粘液性囊腺瘤诊断率上高于经阴道超声检查,它们与病理诊断的符合率分别为87.5 % 、90 % .结论 经腹部超声与经阴道超声各有其优点和缺点,需相互结合,相互弥补不足,特别对盆腔复杂的混合性肿块,需经腹部与经阴道超声联合进行检查,以提高诊断率。 |

| Aim To test the value of trans abdominal and virginal ultrasound for pelvic mixed masses.Methods 64 cases of pelvic mixed masses were scanned with trans abdominal and virginal ultrasound.The results were compared with that of clinical pathology.Results The sensitivity of trans virginal ultrasound for teratoma,ovarian carcinoman,inflammatory masses and masses resulting from ectopic pregnancy is higher than that of trans abdominal ultrasound,being 88.23%,87.5% and 83.33% respectively.The sensitivity of trans abdomina songrahy for serous cystadenoma and mucinous cystadenoma is higher than that of trans virginal sonography,being 87.5% and 90%.Conclusion Trans abdominal and virginal ultrasound show different sensitivity for different pelvic mixed masses.Combined use of the two method for difficult pelvic mixed masses may raises the sensitivity. |
