      目的本研究旨在发现多发性硬化(MS)的特征性MR表现,提高MR对MS的诊断水平。方法对30例临床确诊为MS的患者进行了MR扫描,并对MR征像进行了分析和研究。结果脑部MR检查中,90%的病灶位于大脑半球,病灶可呈斑点状、圆形或椭圆形,大小不等,其长轴多垂直于侧脑室壁,依活动性不同而表现为均质性和环形两种增强方式。结论MR可早期发现MS,对MS作出定位与定性诊断,是目前诊断MS的最佳影像学手段。

      Purpose The purpose of our study was to describe the characteristic MR appearance of MS lesions and increasing the diagnosis level of MR.Methods 30 patients with clinically definite MS underwent high field (1.5T) MR studies.MR signs were analysesed and studied by radiologists who were experted in MRI.Results Of 30 brain MR images totalled 461 lesions,90% were located in the cerebral hemisphere,MR demonstrated multiple punctate,round or oval shaped lesions with T11 and T2 prolongation whose major axes were perpendicular to the long axis of the lateral ventricles.Owing to the different activity,MS lesions presented two patterns of enhancement namely central and ring enhancement.Conclusion MR is the best imaging method capable of early diagnosing MS.
