| 目的研究国产Gd DTPA大剂量(0.3mmol/kg)静脉注射的安全性、耐受性和效果。方法共研究了41例患者。分两次注射,第一次注射0.1mmol/kg,30分钟后再注射0.2mmol/kg,从而达到累积0.3mmol/kg.每次注射后即刻和延时20分钟时分别行T1WI扫描。观察患者检查前后的生命体征,询问患者的主观感觉,24小时后随访。对于31例颅内病变患者的67个病灶还进行了增强效果的分析,计算病灶的相对信噪比：C/N=(病灶信号强度-正常脑白质信号强度)/背景信号强度。结果检查前后患者的生命体征未见明显差异。4例患者报告有副作用,均未经治疗而自行缓解。副作用发生的概率是9.76%.三倍量国产Gd DTPA的使用可以普遍地提高颅内病灶的相对信噪比。结论使用大剂量(0.3mmol/kg)国产Gd DTPA可认为是安全的。对于颅内病变,三倍量增强MR可提高相对信噪比和病灶的检出率,对于颅内小病变和脑转移瘤尤其有意义。 |

| Purpose To assess the safety,tolerance and efficacy of China Made Gd DTPA at a dose of 0 3mmol/kg.Methods 41 patients were enrolled in the study.We injected two times,each patient received an initial injection of 0.1mmol/kg of Gd DTPA,and after 30 minutes an additional injection of 0.2mmol/kg was adiministered to achieve a cumulative dose of 0.3mmol/kg.After each injection and 20 minutes delay,a T11 weighted scan was taken.Vital signs before and after the examination were monitored and the patients' feelings were asked.After 24 hours the patients were reexamined.In 31 patients with 67 brain lesions,contrast to noise rations:C/N=(signal intensity of the lesion signal intensity of the normal white matter)/signal intensity of the background were calculated to analysis the effect of the contrast enhancement.Results The mean values of vital sign before and after the MR scan showed no statistically or clinically difference.Adverse events were reported by 4 patients and non required therapeutic interventions.The incidence of adverse events was 9.76%.Generally,the C/Ns of the intracranial lesions were increased evidently with 0.3mmol/kg of China made Gd DTPA.Conclusion Usage of 0.3mmol/kg of China made Gd DTPA can be regarded as safe.For the intracranial lesions,triple dose administration yields C/Ns and detection of lesions superior to that with standard dose administration.It is significant especially to the small and metastastic intracranial lesions. |
