| 本文对30例白内障患者人工晶体移植术前进行彩超检查,测量眼轴长度,推算屈光度,为选择合适的人工晶体提供了可靠依据,术后视力恢复>0.5者占77%.另30例未经检测者作为对照组,均用标准人工晶体（+19.00D）进行移植,术后视力恢复>0.5者仅占33%,两组比较有显着性差异。 |

| This paper observed 30 patients with cataract who undergoing intraocular lens (IOL) implantation.Color ultrasonography was performed on these patients before the implantation to measure the axial length and culculatae the diopter. The data provided a reliable basis for choosing a suitable IOL. 77% of 30 patients resulted in acorrected vision>0.5. In the control group,30 patients underwent the implantation of standard IOL(19. 00D)without the ultrasonography detection bQfore the operation;only 33% of them resulted in a postoperative corrected vision>0.5. The results showed that the application of high frequency coloi uttrasonography to the IOL implantation could be helpful to improve the results of the operation. |
