| 对10例正常人和26例冠心病患者进行了门控心血池断层显像，测定其左室舒张末期容积（IVEDV）、左室收缩末期容积（LVESV）、每搏射血量（SV）及左室射血分数（LVEF）.结果显示：冠心病组的LVEDV、LVESV>正常对照组，LVEF<正常对照组，SV在二组之间无显着性差异。重复性试验表明左室容积测定结果稳定。认为门控心血池断层显像是一种直接、准确的无创伤性测定左室功能的显像方法，对冠心病左室功能评价有临床应用价值。 |

| normal porsons and 26 patients with Coronary heart disease (CHD) underwent gated blood pool tomography (GBW).Left ventricular end-diastolic volumes (LVEDV),left ventricular end-systolic volumes (LVESV),strock volumes (SV)and left ventricular ejection fractions (LVEF) were determined. The results indicated that LVEDV and LVESV significantly increased (p<0.01) and LVEF significantly decresed (p< 0.01) in patients with CHD,compared to normal porsons,but strock volumes were similiar in the two groups (p>0.05),thus,GBPT is a direct,repeatable and noinvasive method to assess left ventricular function in patients with CHD. |
