| 【摘要】2019年12月底新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎在湖北武汉流行并蔓延至全国多地，国家卫生健康委将新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎纳入《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》规定的乙类传染病，并采取甲类传染病的预防、控制措施。核医学科PET/CT检查与放射科检查不同，流程环节复杂、工作场所分区严格，辐射防护和感染控制防护要求更高。 本文结合PET/CT检查特点，提出了新冠肺炎疫情期间患者在核医学科进行PET/CT检查中防护措施的建议，旨在有效降低检查过程中病毒传播的风险，最大程度减少医护人员感染，并保证医疗质量和医疗安全。 |

| 【Abstract】At the end of December 2019, pneumonia infected by novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV) were prevalent in Wuhan and spread to other cities of China. The National Health Commission issued the pneumonia infected by novel coronavirus into the B category infectious diseases stipulated in the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases, and take preventive and control measures against the A category infectious diseases. PET/CT imaging examination is different from that in radiology, with complicated procedures, strict workplace zoning, and higher requirements for radiation protection and infection control. Combined with the characteristics of PET/CT imaging examination, this paper puts forward some Suggestions on preventive measures for patients during novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic. The main purpose is to effectively reduce the risk of virus transmission during the examination process, protect medical staff from virus infection, and ensure the medical quality and safety. |
