      [] 目的 探讨2019-nCoV感染肺炎CT表现及动态变化。方法 收集经病毒核酸检测证实的2019-nCoV感染肺炎患者45例,所有患者均具有完整的动态胸部HRCT影像学资料,复查间隔时间48-72h。结果 发病3d内行CT检查者29例,呈磨玻璃密度影者21例,占72.4%(21/29),磨玻璃密度影伴局部实变者8例,占27.6%(8/29),其中有2例(2/8)呈结节状;病灶形态呈不规则形或扇形病灶者89.7%(26/29),类圆形病灶者10.3%(3/29),余16例CT检查前已发病3d以上,病灶进展,第1次复查所有病例均有变化,其中单纯磨玻璃密度影者14例,占31.1%(14/45),磨玻璃样密度影为主且有肺实变者27例,占60.0%(27/45),肺实变为主者4例,占8.9%(4/45),第2次约入院10d复查病例38例,病变范围缩小者25例,占65.8%(25/38),病灶范围增大者4例,占10.5%(4/38),病灶范围同前者1例,占2.6%(1/38),病灶密度减低伴新发病灶者8例,占21.1%(8/38),余7例发展为重症期,不具备CT复查条件。结论 胸部HRCT能清晰整个疾病过程的影像变化,有助于指导临床早诊、早治、早隔离和作为评价临床综合治疗效果的依据。

      [] Objective To explore the CT manifestations and dynamic changes of pneumonia caused by 2019 novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV)infection. Methods Totally 45 patients with 2019-nCoV infection pneumonia confirmed by Virus nucleic acid detection were collected. All patients had complete dynamic chest HRCT imaging data. The interval of re-examination was 48-72h. Results Within 3 days after onset, 29 cases were examined by HRCT with pure ground glass 21 cases(72.4%,21/29) and ground glass density and consolidation 8 cases(27.6%,8/29),of which 2 cases (2/8) were nodular. the shape of irregular or fan-shaped lesions had 26 cases (89.7%,26/29) and quasi-circular lesions 3 cases (10.3%,3/29). The remaining 16 cases had developed more than 3 days before CT examination, and all cases had changes in the first re-examination, including 14 cases (31.1%,14/45) with pure ground glass, and 27 cases(60.0%.27/45)with ground glass density and consolidation,consolidation became dominant in 4 cases(8.9%,27/45), About 10 days after admission,38 cases were re-examined in the second time, the lesion scope was reduced in 25 cases(65.8%,25/38), the lesion area was enlarged in 4 cases(10.5%,4/38), the lesion range was the same in 1 case(2.6%,1/38), and the lesion density decreased with new focus in 8 cases (21.1%,8/38), and the remaining 7 cases developed into critical stage and did not have the conditions for CT re-examination. Conclusion HRCT can clearly show the imaging changes of the whole disease process, which is helpful to guide clinical early diagnosis, early treatment, early isolation and as a basis for evaluating the effect of clinical comprehensive treatment.
