目的 探讨磁共振T1 mapping、T2 mapping与大鼠肝纤维化分期和肝脂肪变性程度之间的相互关系。方法 对53只大鼠肝纤维化模型进行MRI T1 mapping、T2 mapping成像,测量肝实质的T1值(ms)和T2值(ms),根据病理学结果将大鼠肝纤维化划分为S0~S4期,将脂肪变性划分为F0~F4度,分别分析T1值、T2值与肝纤维化分期、肝脂肪变性程度之间的相关性。结果S0期与肝纤维化各期之间的T1值、T2值的差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05),S1期与S3期、S1期与S4期、S2期与S4期T1值以及S1期与S4期T2值的差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05),而其他两两比较均不具有统计学意义(p>0.05)。T1值与肝纤维化程度呈正相关(r=0.683,p<0.01),而T1值与脂肪变性程度无相关性(p>0.05),T2值与脂肪变性程度有显著相关性(r=0.716,p<0.01),而与肝纤维化程度则无相关性 (p>0.05)。结论 磁共振T1 mapping可以用于评估肝纤维化分期,T2 mapping则可以用于评估肝脂肪变性程度。 |

Objective The present study was designed to investigate the relationship between T1 mapping, T2 mapping and the stage of liver fibrosis (S), the degree of fatty liver (F). Methods 53 rats were performed with MRI and T2 mapping, T1 value (ms) and T2 value (ms) were measured in liver parenchyma. The rats were divided into S0~S4 stages of liver fibrosis and F0~F4 degrees of fatty liver according to the pathology. The relationship between T1 value, T2 value and the stage of liver fibrosis, the degree of fatty liver were analyzed. Results T1 and T2 value were statistically different in S0 verse each stage of liver fibrosis , and S1 verse S3, S1 verse S4, S2 verse S4 displayed significant difference in T1 value, same result in S1 verse S4 of T2 value (p<0.05). There were no significant difference in another paired comparisons (p>0.05). There was positive relationship between T1 and the stages of liver fibrosis(r=0.683, p<0.05), but had no correlation between T1 value and the degrees of fatty liver (p>0.05). A significant correlation was found between T2 value and the degrees of fatty liver (r=0.718, p<0.05), but had no correlation between T2 value and the stages of liver fibrosis (p>0.05). Conclusion T1 mapping can quantitatively evaluate liver fibrosis, while T2 mapping can use to divide the degree of fatty liver. |
