目的 探讨高频超声在小儿原发性小肠淋巴扩张症(PIL)的诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析2012 年1 月至2018 年10月20例临床诊断PIL的患儿,均行腹部高频超声和组织病理活检,计算超声诊断PIL的超声诊断符合率、阳性预测值、阴性预测值、特异度、敏感度。结果 高频超声诊断PIL的诊断符合率80%,灵敏度92%,特异度57%,阳性预测值80%,阴性预测值80%。结论 高频超声可较准确地从肠壁增厚的患儿中筛查出原发性小肠淋巴管扩张症。 |

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of high-frequency ultrasound in children with Primary intestinal lymphangiectasia (PIL).Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on 20 children clinically diagnosed with PIL from January 2012 to October 2018, all of whom underwent abdominal high-frequency ultrasound and pathological biopsy, and the ultrasonic diagnosis coincidence rate, positive predictive value, negative predictive value, specificity and sensitivity of ultrasonic diagnostic PIL were calculated.Results The diagnostic coincidence rate80%, sensitivity 92%, specificity 57%, positive predictive value 80% and negative predictive value 80% of PIL diagnosed by high-frequency ultrasound.Conclusion High frequency ultrasound can accurately detect PILfrom children with thickened intestinal wall. |
