| 目的：采用MRI测量研究中国汉族正常成人枕叶体积。方法：在中国汉族健康成年脑数据库中选取200名志愿者，所有志愿者均行三维磁化预备梯度回波序列T1WI采集大脑图像，通过手工勾画测量左、右侧枕叶体积及全脑容积，并对测量数据进行标准化，随后对数据进行不同性别、侧别的体积比较及枕叶体积与年龄的相关性分析。结果:200名志愿者实测枕叶体积105.36±10.40 cm3，标准化后为105.43±9.20 cm3。标准化前男性左侧枕叶体积和右侧枕叶体积分别为55.43±4.83 cm3和55.91±4.91 cm3；女性左侧和右侧枕叶体积值分别为49.82±4.43 cm3和49.47±4.11 cm3；标准化后男性左侧和右侧枕叶体积值分别为55.46±3.93 cm3和55.94±4.09 cm3；女性左侧和右侧枕叶体积值分别为49.86±3.86 cm3和49.52±3.62 cm3。标准化前大脑枕叶体积男、女性别间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；标准化后，大脑枕叶体积男、女性别间差异亦有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。男性和女性左、右侧别间实测枕叶体积差异无统计学意义（P均＞0.05）。标准化后，男性和女性的左、右侧别间枕叶体积差异亦均无统计学意义（P均＞0.05）。大脑枕叶体积与年龄无相关性（标准化前r=0.08，P=0.28；标准化后r=0.04，P=0.61）。结论：中国健康成年人男性枕叶总体积大于女性，左、右侧枕叶体积差异无统计学意义，大脑枕叶体积与年龄增长无显著相关性。 |

| Objective：To measure occipital lobe volume of normal Chinese Han adults by MRI.Methods：200 volunteers were selected from the healthy adult brain database of Han nationality in China. All the volunteers were scanned using T1WI 3D MPRAGE sequence and their brain images were collected. The volume of left and right occipital lobes and whole brain volume were measured by manually sketching ROI, and the measured data were standardized. Then the measurement data were analyzed with SPSS of different gender, side and age groups. Results：The volume of occipital was 105.36±10.40 cm3 in 200 volunteers which was 105.43±9.20 cm3 after standardization. Before standardization, the volume of left and right occipital lobes were 55.43±4.83 cm3 and 55.91±4.91 cm3 for males, 49.82±4.43 cm3 and 49.47±4.11 cm3 for females, respectively. After standardization, the volume values of left and right occipital lobes were 55.46±3.93 cm3 and 55.94±4.09 cm3 for males and 49.86±3.86 cm3 and 49.52±3.62 cm3 for females, respectively. There was significant difference between male and female before standardization (P < 0.05), and between male and female after standardization (P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in left and right occipital lobe volume for male and female before standardization (P > 0.05).There was no significant difference in left and right occipital lobe volume for male and female after standardization (P > 0.05).There was no correlation between occipital lobe volume and age (before standardization r=0.08，P=0.28；after standardization r=0.04，P=0.61).
Conclusions： The occipital lobe volume of healthy adult males is larger than that of females. There is no significant difference in occipital lobe volume between left and right sides. There is no correlation between occipital lobe volume and age. |
