危险区是梗死相关动脉所支配的心肌缺血区域,其最主要组织学特点表现为水肿,准确评估危险区并推算可挽救心肌指数与急性心肌梗死的预后评估密切相关。心脏磁共振具有多参数、多模态的成像技术特点,能够定性、定量地测量心肌水肿,评估危险区。本文对T2WI、T2mapping、T1 mapping及DWI等CMR技术在急性心肌梗死危险区评估中的成像机制、优势、存在问题及研究进展进行综述。 |

The area at risk (AAR) dominated by infarct-related arteries is the area at risk, witch main histological feature is edema. Accurate depiction of the area at risk and the salvageable zone are closely related to the prognosis of acute myocardial infarction. The Cardiac Magnetic Resonance (CMR) can assess the myocardial edema qualitatively and quantitatively by its multi-parameter and multi-modal imaging techniques. The basic principles, advantages and disadvantages of different kinds of scanning techniques of CMR, including T2WI, T2 mapping, T1 mapping, DWI in assessment of AAR were reviewed in this article. |
